	Depositions Jodom Legal Video provides a Certified Court Video Specialist who is prompt, professionally attired, and sensitive to the importance of the deposition process. We operate in accord with the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30(b)(4), which governs the legal video recording of depositions for admission in a court of law. We use high-quality, state-of-the-art audio and video equipment, and we provide backgrounds for the witness. In addition, we use professional, daylight-balanced fluorescent lighting, which runs far cooler than tungsten or halogen lights. We can record to VHS, S-VHS, Mini-DV and/or DVD simultaneously, and also record an archive of the deposition recording onto a hard drive. Court Reporters are provided with an audio recording, with their choice of a digital MP3 or WAV format - which can be burned to a disk or loaded right onto their laptop - or an audiocassette tape. The original legal video recording is placed in a sealed envelope, along with the Objection and Colloquy form and a signed Certificate of Authenticity. At your request, Jodom Legal Video can also synchronize videotaped depositions with the court reporter's transcript. This can greatly assist in reviewing the deposition and preparing your trial presentation. We can also provide additional copies of the deposition recording upon request.
